Government-Issued ID
Bring a valid photo ID to help the notary verify your identity. Acceptable forms include:

• Driver’s license
• Passport
• State ID card
• Military ID

Secondary Identification (if needed)
If your primary ID is expired or unclear, or if you look different from your photo ID, bring a second form of ID for verification.

Complete the Document
Ensure your document is filled out but unsigned. The notary needs to witness your signature to validate it.

Additional Documents
Bring any related documents that might be needed for reference, especially for complex documents.

If your document requires witnesses, make sure to bring them to your notary appointment.

Cash, Card, or Venmo
Notary&More offers competitive rates and accepts various payment methods, including cash, card, and Venmo. Please note, we do not accept personal checks.

Bring extra copies of the document you need notarized. The notary can stamp and sign these for your records or if multiple notarized copies are required.

Have your contact information ready. This may be needed for filling out forms or if the notary needs to contact you.
